Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
This date refers to when the product will ship from our store. Note, it does not refer to when the product will be delivered. When ordering more than one item, if the shipping dates are more than 1 week apart, your order may be split if shipping to the US or Canada.
Note: based on the volume and capacity, some orders may be processed earlier than the date shown on our website.
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (pre-order, made to order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
Pre-order: we don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon. You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date.
Made to order: our jeweler needs to craft the piece for you once you order, it can take a bit more time to receive this type of product. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
In stock: it’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 3 business days from today's date. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page for made to order items.
Processing Times:
- In-stock orders placed by 12:00pm ET Mon-Fri will ship within 1-2 business days.
-In-stock orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
- Made to Order orders are made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
We use USPS/FedEx for US and international orders as well as FedEx/Canada Post for those being delivered within Canada. The estimated shipping timelines are listed below and does not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end. Keep in mind depending on the postal code, express shipping option may not be available.
Canada/US
Free Standard Shipping: 1 - 7 business days from the dispatch date
Expedited Shipping: 1-7 business days from the dispatch date
Express/Priority Shipping: 1-3 business day from the dispatch date
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Brancier Jewellers. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at info@branciers.com before your order is dispatched.
Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged at the time of the order is placed. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available.
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Brancier Jewellers has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
returns + exchanges
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders.
Yes! We will be accepting returns at our storefront.
We do not offer full refunds. We accept returns for exchange within 30 days. Please note we need to receive your returned piece(s) back by the end of this 30-day window to receive a credit note for exchange.
To be eligible for a return all items must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in all original packaging. Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller).

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Engraved and Monogrammed Products: All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a exchange at any time and are final sale.
Custom orders and Pre-orders: Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Brancier Jewellers has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer.
[RETURNS]
All non-custom engagement rings and wedding bands are eligible for an exchange. Keep in mind that the ring must follow the below guidelines.
- Must be unworn in its original condition
- Have no signs of wear, resizing, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party)
- Returned in all original packaging
- Received back at our store within 30 days of delivery
Any engagement ring or wedding band that is custom made or pre-ordered are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Email us at info@brancier.com and our customer service team will be happy to provide you with the steps needed to return your purchase.
Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 8-13 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund, store credit or replacement.
Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. Please make sure the return guidelines are met in order for the credit to be applied.
Items purchased during a preorder period and/or made to order items are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange.
We also cannot cancel made to order orders or orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time prior to shipping.
